Dubai, UAE, 22 September 2023: Jumbo Electronics, one of the UAE's leading consumer electronics retailers, today announced Muaath Naser Abdulla as the winner of its Back to School competition, which offered one lucky student the chance to win their annual school fees.
The 19-year-old Emirati student received AED 25,000 in fees, which he will use to support his studies at the Higher Colleges of Technology, with the aim to obtain higher courses in computer science and programming, as well as marketing and management sciences.
Muaath Naser Abdulla won the Jumbo Electronics prize draw, which he entered by spending over AED 1,000 on back-to-school essentials – a laptop and supporting antivirus software.

The prize was part of Jumbo Electronics’ Back to School campaign, which also saw it give away daily prizes of must-have technology, including more than 32 laptops, throughout August 2023, all designed to make learning easier as students prepared to head back to school.
